Let's get this perfectly clear; I am not a diplomatic or military expert in any capacity whatsoever, here is my opiniion. In my opinion War is a failure of diplomacy (big time). War is the wholly unwanted last ditch effort to create balance in a unbalanced world. If one country becomes volatile and threatening nuclear attack because they are iolationist, dictorial, or plainly "evil", then they should be dismantled of their automous power as soon as possible.. How? Take out the dictator, if that doesnt work his cronies, if that doesnt work, go up line. I mean leave the CIVIS out of it!!! PLEASE!
