The Elite's Twisted Game (Gain)

Dear JED: Excellent poem! Particularly enjoyed was the last verse. How amazing it is about the "Elite"; how the commoners can only hope beyond hope to "Save us from this twisted game?". And oh what a twisted game it is and always has been and no doubt will be in the future. You just get the feeling from you poem that there is an empty Shakespearean stage after you pose this question to the audience. The open-ended question will never be answered leaving the reader questioning their fate at the hands of the Elite. NOt much different from the middle ages, really. Jane Jones
