Daily Ramblings from rattling knees

Here's old rattling knees again...hope this blurb makes sense. It is 5:52 or something like that and I am, to say the least tired. Had to babysit and errant dog because the dog was cold. Last night it dipped. I feel for the dog. "Come on in". What else should I do. The poor baby! The turtles were splashing really loud which could be a sign as the errant dog. So what are the animals saying. What am I saying? Something when things are anonmalous (sp) or odd not normal, ok? Well I think I will, yes I will, figure this out.

You remember the moon shot (literally) that shot at the under-carriage of the moon? We thought it was for water. Sure, sure. We already know there is water and an odd rare brand of water on the moon. (I think they were going to make fuel from it...name eludes me (to look up later). So where was I? Oh yes, now they have found "tunnels" from ancient volcanos were NASA may start to populate. Wormholes? Sounds familiar. "Dune"? Well I am stunned. At this time in the a.m. so I am going back to bed to get a few more zzz's. I will let errant dog back out soon when it warms up after the sunrise. Not sunrise yet. I do like this time of day, but I am zonked today. Usually I can keep up. Cant wait to get back on the track. Elliptical or walking. I feel sloggy. Easter chocolate. I knew I would pay. Juice fast time. Ugh. Have a nice day!

Can't find my recent post which stated i was feeling "hyper on 2" yesterday. I was antsy. No doubt about it. I found out this a.m. that my coffee jitters were actually caused by a "near miss" asteroid, 71 miles across coming between the moon and earth (moonearth distance). Here's the link if you dont believe me and just think I am hyper for no good reason. http://www.universetoday.com/2010/04/06/newly-discovered-asteroid-will-pass-by-earth-april-8/
ps I am feeling a lot better today. Thank-you very much. Was anyone else feeling ansty yesterday. Anytime you feel "antsy" whatever definition that may be for you, write it down. There just may be another natural disaster or whatever soon to happen and your antsy itchiness or whatever is causing you to PAY ATTENTION STUPID! We really arent that in touch are we. Maybe "teched"? Sketchy news from the stratchpad of the universe!

ps I am also thinking of late how many things there are no words describing events, things etc. This was going to be a topic for me. Dang if I forgot what it was, it's early...ok here's one; what is the word for the distance between the earth and the moon? circumoonearth? I will ad more one the idea(s) hit me, but not like that 71 km asteroid NM.

  2. TM causes Earthquakes? OMGOSH...OMSHIVA! what the? Dr. Chopra WHATSUP? read here:(April 5) -- The U.S. Geological Survey is blaming day-to-day seismological changes for Sunday's 7.2 earthquake along the U.S.-Mexico border. But Deepak Chopra, the famed alternative-medicine practitioner and transcendental meditation guru, is pretty sure he knows what really happened.

"Had a powerful meditation just now -- caused an earthquake in Southern California," Chopra wrote to his nearly 179,000 Twitter followers shortly after the quake.

And then, to clarify: "Was meditating on Shiva mantra & earth began to shake," he tweeted. "Sorry about that."

Deepak Chopra, here in San Jose, Calif., sent messages on Sunday to his thousands of Twitter followers apologizing for causing an earthquake in Southern California with powerful meditation.
Chopra might want to apologize directly to those in California, who haven't suffered significant infrastructure damage but are still bracing for more temblors, and to those in Mexico, where two are dead, hundreds are injured and thousands are still without power.

Transcendental meditation (TM) was largely popularized by Chopra, who's been dubbed "McMeditation" for the multimillion-dollar profits he's earned off books, DVDs and his Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad, Calif. -- where a six-day mind-body wellness program runs around $2,500.

According to Chopra, at the crux of the meditation practice is "the field of possibilities, creativity, correlation ... where intention actualizes its own fulfillment."

Let's hope he's wrong about that, or the guru might have some explaining to do about what exactly his meditation session Sunday was hoping to actualize.

An hour after Chopra's Twitter confession, he vowed to one Twitter user, @WhiteMoon7, "Won't do it again -- promise."

But even the guru himself must not know his own strength. Since the promise, dozens of aftershocks have rattled the U.S.-Mexico border.

All the while, Chopra's staying safely above the reach of the ongoing quakes. According to his Twitter feed, the guru boarded a plane from California to Denver earlier this morning.

  3. I think I will follow Dr. Deepak Chopra on Twitter. I will have advanced knowledge of potential earthquakes. Motto: "When Deepak TM's people listen" This is amazing...can this really happen.."meditate nicely now!" Isnt Shiva the god of destruction? Why would they meditate to Shiva. Nasty sounding. Yikes!

  4. Yes, I found out today Mon Apr 12 that we are (or had) a class X solar flare. In Norway the Northern Lights (Aurora Boralis)are incredible. Odd, I remember the mid-Jan in 1997 with the Northern Lights up north of Lake Superior. That was something, and there I did finally see the rainbow colours, but not as much, mostly white but quite high up they went into the perigree and epigee. Lots of wierd things were happening then, Hale Bop and the asteroid went directly above my house, i felt i could reach up and touch it. So the other asteroid is on our orbit. Will it always be on our orbit. A question to ask NASA. If only NASA would call back. Dang!
