Magpie #60 Nature's Own Spring Cleaning

Spring rains; come
Wash away a thousand dog poohs
of winter piled high in piles
after winter snow reveals
all that left behind is now
come back to life and can now be
pooped and scooped without frozen
once seeming afixed permanently
to the now on!
finally time to, yes, clean
and thanks to the rains
I may not have to
one good thing about spring rain!
Time to do the nasty yard work
and make all well again

Thank-you very much!
Please Apply Here For the Prestigous Job Placement
A Position
of Chief Pooper Scooper is required
This could be an
Experience of a Lifetime
not necessarily neccessary to have had
previous after-the thaw extrication of how to do
the pooh corner experience!
Providing safe methodS of pooh extraction since 1997!

AND Why, Yes...
our yard is a convergence place
for all types and not so kind but seemingly
needy neighbouring dogs
waiting to let loose
THIS THEY DID
ALL WINTER LONG
AND NOW i JUST NOTICED
Their build up of fecal waste
MAKES A WASTE OF MY YARD!

Must be our dog is SO BRAND new
to the neighbourhood
and as such older canine members
choose an unique way of greeting
news dogs
in the way they choose
to leave their very personalized greeting
a calling card of ancient smells
clearly, loudly and in an olafactory mode
This discovery by me
When finding nowhere safe to walk
reminds me of this proclivity
somewhat uncivility
unless being a dog
wanting to wake up and smell the new friend
like a rush of spring river madness
a fevered rush of unknown dog senses
that say
"Hey, you're not bad snuff either!"
And only a fraction of the cost
of a regular greeting card!
Think I'll leave two!

The dog cleaning up his own poop is from Google FRee Images and may or may not be free depending on whether or not it is or not...but I did google "Free"; We'll see!:)
